William Francis Splatt (14 April 1811 – 17 October 1893) was a politician in colonial Victoria (Australia), a member of the Victorian Legislative Council.〔 〕 Splatt arrived in the Port Phillip District in May 1841 with his brother Thomas. In April 1843 they were joined by two more brothers, Edmund Laskey and Frank.
